Main Job Description/Mission:

1. Be a mechanical dep. manager, leads about 30mechanical designers.

2. Possess good business and leadership skills and he or she has a wide expertise in mechanical technology

3. Fully committed to values, strategy and business targets of the company, and is able to lead one's own personnel accordingly

4. Be able to handle changes in business in a sensible way and to keep up the continues improvement

5. Be a customer orieted service provider and has good negotiation capabilities to achieve the specified business targets

6. Be capable to identify customer needs in other technology areas besides one's own expertise area

Responsibilities:

1.Customer's relations responsibilities, work activily in close cooperation with customer's representatives in one's own area. Identifies business problems, strengths and nw opportunities.

2. Personnel or organization responsibilities, coaces and support one's own personnel to continuously raise its level of performance manages the terms of the employment related to one's own personnel. Recruits new talents based on the accepted recruitment plan and company policy. Complies with laws, employments standards and internal policies.

3. Finance and administration responsibilities.

Key Requirement:

Experience Requirements

* Large theoretical and practical engineering skills in own technical area(Elevators/Escalatorsskills are plus)

* 5 years of experience in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in management work

Education requirements

*B.Sc or M.Sc or equivalent knowledge in engineering.

Language Requirement:

* Good command of English.

Personality Requirements

* Team player, good interaction skills

* Sense of urgency

* High level of drive and an open-minded personality

* Customer oriented attitude
