1. Identifying and implementing manufacturing improvements (lean thinking and methodology);

2. Standardize manufacturing process, and continuously improve on build hours reduction and ship quality;

3. Develop and implement global quality tools in Shanghai;

4. Develop and implement required tools/processes for supporting functions (e.g. KanBan system for global productions) to make global production control easier to manage;

5. Join global T-Project team, and work as project coordinator in Shanghai when required

1. 8 years + manufacturing/operations background;

2. Mechnical engineering background preferred;

3. Good quality knowledge (tools), process-driven mindset - Six-Sigma strongly preferred;

4. Strong communication/presentation skills, fluent English;

5. Strong project management skills (know how to manage progress, set up measurement and validate the effectiveness, etc.);

6. Team player - can work with both local and global team in an open and co-operative manner;
