BI Data Analyst Job Description

Serve as a BI Data Analyst on the Retail Solutions China consultant Team. The primary responsibilities is to provide value-based retail analytics services to some of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturing companies, including business intelligence report designing, building, validation and delivering , and serve client as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This opportunity is located in our Shanghai, China office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve customer while upholding RSi’s Service Standards and Philosophy
• 按照RSi的服务标准和理念服务客户
• Deliver BI report or custom Excel reports using the RSI suite of products
• 使用RSi的产品交付商业智能报告或Excel报表
• Diagnose inquiries related to report data integrity
• 校验报告数据正确性
• Develop process documentation that can be leveraged by members of the team
• 编写团队需要的流程文档
• Administer trainings for customers for the RSI suite of products
• 对客户进行RSi产品的培训
• Assist customers with managing master data
• 协助客户管理主数据
• Design and build standard reports for new weekly/monthly reporting customers
• 为新的周/月报客户设计制作标准的报表

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong Chinese verbal and written skills
• 出色的口头和书面交流能力
• Maintain strong BI data analyst skills
• 有良好的商业智能数据分析能力
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• 熟练的Excel技巧
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in information management, statistics, and computer science)
• 本科学历（管理信息系统,，统计学，计算机应用专业优先）
• Retailer or CPG data analytics experience is preferred
• 有零售和快销品数据分析经验优先考虑
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• SQL知识为佳
