Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop a quality assurance team of more than 10 people

2. Be responsible for defining product quality criteria and standard and final release.

3. Implement and develop the quality assurance strategy

4. Manage the quality assurance system and document control

5. Manage supplier quality and support international sourcing program

6. Be responsible for customer complaint handling

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 5 years relevant experience in quality management system, with experience in soft furniture products industry is a plus

3. Strong leadership and good team work

4. Be proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
