As IT Administration you will be based at our location in Shanghai and will have sole responsibility for the maintenance and day to day running of IT services and infrastructure at our sites in Shanghai and Hong Kong. This is an ideal role for a reliable proactive individual with at least 2-3 years hands-on experience covering a range of IT disciplines.

Reporting lines
The position reports to the Group IT Director at Avesco Group IT [Avesco is CT’s parent company].

Key Duties & Responsibilities
? General maintenance of all IT Infrastructure including support of desktops, servers and telecoms etc
? Management of all IT backups
? MS office and other business application support
? Support and KPI reporting for the company’s rental system
? Required to provide on-call support for key IT services
? Monitoring the health of local hardware and services and taking any required action to correct issues (with assistance from the UK IT Team) with minimum disruption to normal business operation
? Upkeep of all IT system documentation and standards (including software licences)
? Purchase and configuration of IT equipment and software as required by the business and in compliance with Avesco Group IT standards
? Managing 3rd party supplier relationships

5） 公司电话服务的管理；

7） 及时更新所有的IT系统文件和标准（包括软件许可证）；
8） 根据公司的工作需求购买及组合IT设备和软件，并且符合总部IT标准；
9） 维护第三方IT供应商的关系。

Essential Technical Skills
? An in-depth and hands-on experience of PCs, laptops and Macs running the latest operating systems.
? Good knowledge of all products within the MS Office 2007/2010 suites
? A solid understanding of LAN and WAN network connectivity, sufficient to fault-find any connectivity or security issues
? Must have excellent all-round verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin and English)
? Knowledge and experience of VMware virtualisation environments
? Knowledge and experience in data handling (Simple queries, pivot tables etc)

基本的技术技能：
1） 对PCs, laptops 和 Macs最新系统的运行都有一定的经验和了解；
2） 对整套的2007/2010办公室软件的产品有相当的了解；
3） 对局域网和广域网的连接有一定的了解，并且能找出连接中的错误和安全隐患；
4） 拥有流利的普通话和英语的口语和书写能力；
5） 拥有VMware虚拟环境的知识和经验；
6） 拥有处理数据的知识和经验（简单的查询和数据透视表等等）。


Technical Skills – Advantageous
? System Administrator level skills in a Microsoft Environment including Active Directory; Exchange; Terminal Services running Windows Server 2003 and above
? Knowledge of utility services such as web proxies; reverse proxies; AV & Anti-spam solutions
