模拟IC设计工程师(Analog IC Design Engineer)

Job Description
Analog IC Design Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Education Level: Master's Degree or Ph.D
Job Type: Experienced or Graduate

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Analog/Mixed-signal behavior model design and simulation.
2. Spectre/Hspice circuit-level design, layout implementation and post-layout simulation.
3. Chip test and verification according to product spec.

Qualifications
1. Good understanding of basic analog/mixed-signal circuit design theory.
2. Design experience in bandgap, LDO, DC-DC, A/D or D/A and PLL.
3.Design experience in 65nm/90nm/130nm/180nm CMOS process.
4.Good English speaking and written skills.
5. Solid problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

主要工作与职责：
1. 参与设计多种Analog模块和系统，包括但不限于：bandgap, LDO, DC-DC, A/D or D/A, PLL等。
2. 独立完成子模块的电路仿真，画版图和后仿真。
3. 根据产品进度，参与完成芯片的测试验证。

岗位要求：
1. 硕士以上
2. 有bandgap/LDO/DC-DC设计经验者优先
3. 有130nm/180nm CMOS工艺流片经验者优先
4. 有团队合作精神，有独立分析和解决问题的能力
