Receive and answer various telephone inquiries and visitors
Sample customs clearance
Purchase/order office supplies (stationery, drinking water, coffee, tea, etc)
Office miscellaneous expense payment in cash (daily sample duty, various office supplies, express freight, etc)
Petty cash reimbursement (collect and sort invoices/receipts, prepare and submit petty cash report in system)
Hotel/flight ticket booking/reschedule (cross check between travel agent and visitors closely)
Prepare visitors' invitation letters
Meeting arrangement / coordination and ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Coordinate Disty/WWSC conference & training, year end party
Name cards printing
Coordinate with office house keeper
Coordinate with office building management
Survey hotels and negotiate corporate rate
