Vacancy description
? Provide customer service in Greater China & South East Asia from receiving customer's order to
shipments, follow up and after-sales support
? Enter customer’s order into SAP system and place cross company order to correct oversea plant.
? Provide availability and shipment schedule within established guidelines
? Track order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems, expedites the delivery of selected orders
? Coordinate export and domestic delivery issue by communication with agents / Forwarders / Warehouse, etc
? Research and co-ordinate customer complaints and issues in both customer service and logistics imperfections
? Check warehouse inventory report & activity report
? Data oriented, accurate record keeping
? Other on-job tasks assigned
Profile
? Bachelor degree in relative area ( business administration/ supply chain/ international trading / domestic distribution … and
etc )
? At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service/ Logistics/ Shipping, preferably with SAP experience
? Basic knowledge of chemical/ plastics industrial and operations process, air and ocean logistics an added advantage
? Familiar with import/ export operation, especially WGQ Free Trade Zone operation.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & good interpersonal skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
? Be willing to have team work cooperation balanced with independent work.
? Be flexible with an ability to learn quickly.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
