.Ability to work independently,resolve technical and manufacturing issues without detailed direction,and work as part of a team
.Ability to work within strict deadlines
.Capability to accurately and efficiently work on multiple projects
.Possess excellent organizational,communication,proofreading,editing and technical writing skills
.Ability to proactively identify and resolve engineering and manufacturing related issues and have a thorough understanding of machine shop and foundry practice

Responsibilities

.Establish a strong focus on internal and external customer service
.Provide technical support via direct communication to sales and customers
.Provide technical support and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems as required
.Review and improve all product documentation
.Working knowledge of carbon and alloy steels used in high temperature applications
.Possess a detailed knowledge of an MRP system
.Comprehensive knowledge of BOM structure and change control processes
.Demonstrate strong attention to detail
.Pursue and support cost reduction activities to achieve established company goals
.Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of revision controlled technical documents as required by ISO 9001& TS 16949
.Be accountable for the development,coordination, and maintenance of the company’s engineering controlled documents as they relate to the designated product lines
.Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECO) applicable to product responsibilities
.Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office,AutoCAD,and SolidWorks
.Proficient English skill and leaf spring experience is preferred
