PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the warehouse process in order to get speed in achieving the level of excellence in operations and beyond.
ASSIGNMENTS (main responsibilities) maximum 10 points:
? Secure the implementation of the defined global working methods at all our local DCs. Work with local DCs to Identify potential improvement and improve operation performance to achieve the excellent running operation goals in the region.
? Lead local matrix for the warehouse operations and operations support functions where we share ‘best practices’, compare key performance indicators, establish a common agenda and utilize the total organizational competence to support local core projects and priorities.
? Support new DC/CDC establishment for new co-workers development , and MFLU IT landscape set up.
? Support the development of competences within the local organization (Warehouse and Operation support & WMS super user ) through participation in IWL Matrix , project management, best practice implementation and trainings.
? Secure partnership with WL group in order to share the right tools and develop our local performances & competences
? Contribute as a resource to tasks, projects, studies, international assignments to represent the DS area and the IWL team
? Support the creation and the implementation of the DSAP BPL for SD part.
MEASUREMENTS (key figures to measure the implementation of these assignments):
? Assessment of the main assignments
? Assessment of the core competencies (leadership criteria)
? SD and CD KPIs linked to defined priorities for IWL
? Results and fulfillment of deliverables in his/her local Matrix
? Fulfillment of local BPL goals where IWL involved
