Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for all aspects of the project and feature’s creation and production, including design, prototyping, UI design, balancing, documentation and project management.
？ Project management such as scope, schedule, risk, cost quality and resources management.
？ Take ownership and initiative of the assigned project by deeply understanding the overall project goal.
？ Come up with solution to any emergency, issues and feedbacks during the project production and operation.
？ Day-to-day team coordination and optimization of resource allocation.
？ Hands-on maintenance if necessary.

Requirements:
？ At least 5 years relevant working experience in IT, Game, Advertising and relevant industry.
？ Solid experience and sense in Mobile App, with Gaming experience is a plus.
？ Have a deep understanding of mobile app design philosophy and sense of quality.
？ Strong leadership on project management.
？ Good knowledge on project methodology. Agile and Scrum experience is a plus by tools like Jira, Confluence.
？ Fluent English both in written and spoken is a Must, and strong adaptability to different cultures.
？ Good communication skill, both internal and external.
？ Responsible, well-organized, logic thinking, professional, flexible, client-focused and passion for internet.
？ IT technical background.
