岗位职责：
1、客户品牌及产品文案撰写：新闻稿、宣传软文及网站、微博、微信等各大官方平台文案；
2、参与公司各种市场活动的文案及策划，制定计划并撰写活动文案；
3、加强与相关部门的沟通与协作，参与内外部访谈交流，促进公司营销传播；
4、全面负责整个团队的考核工作；
5、加强与上级领导、相关部门的协作配合；
6、指导文案团队整体水平的提高，并培训文案新员工。

任职条件：
1、本科及以上学历，中文类专业、新闻传播等相关专业背景；
2、有三年以上相关工作经验或者杂志编辑背景，两年以上团队管理经验，有成功作品和案例；
3、能熟练操作办公软件:Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Photoshop等；
4、对Fashion行业有一定的了解，对于Luxury Brand具有一定的认识；
5、具有敏锐的观察力，思维条理清晰，有较强的逻辑和综合分析能力；
6、具有亲和力、善于沟通与交际；
7、优秀的文字功底及专业的审美水平；
