Your challenge:
? Calculation, Preparation, Management, and Processing of national and international installation- and relocation-projects, mainly for the automotive and machine building industries
? Calculation of projects and quotations in regard to resources as required time, personnel, equipment and material
? Processing incoming inquiries and RFQs incl. tender preparation
? Project management
? Coordinating and ensuring a smooth process of customized and tailor made individual projects
? Responsibility for cost, time and quality of the projects
? Project cost controlling
? Procurement of subcontractor services and material together with Senior Project Management
? Ensuring health, safety and environmental regulations (HSE) and individual customer regulations
? Interface between customers, on-site project-technicians or subcontractors
? Executing site visits and customer visits
Your qualification:
? Degree in engineering, preferably mechanic or electrical engineering
? Several year (>5 years) experience of project management and installation or engineering of plants and production lines
? Focusing on results and quality
? Showing confidence in appearance
? Negotiation skills and experience
? Profound knowledge of MS Office and MS project
? Business fluent in English (German beneficial)
? Willingness to travel
