职位描述
主要职责:
? 根据公司业务战略,积极创建与潜在收发货客户的联系,从而建立和发展公司进出口项目的大客户。
? 通过公司全球业务网络及合作伙伴的支持,建立和维护客户管理,拓展华北区销售和业务发展。
? 运用专业、法律、地理等相关知识,为客户提供***一站式物流方案,尤其能针对超大、超重的的单件货物的运输提供多种解决方案。
? 根据公司业务战略,制定本岗位项目计划,包括目标、预算、执行计划等并负责实施。
? 以完成项目为目标,组织、培训和指导相关团队。
要求:
? 经济学、国际贸易或工程学等相关专业全日制本科或以上学历。
? 具有物流、经济、工程、能源等多方面的知识。
? 5年以上销售和操作散杂货项目工作经验,有大型国际性项目成功经验者优先。
? 敏锐的商业嗅觉,专业的谈判高手,亦善于倾听客户需求。
? 具有项目管理和执行能力,是一个团队合作者或领导者。
? 优秀的英语口头和书面交流能力。
? 能适应经常出差。

key responsibilities:
- handle all local and international requests for p & bb shipments/forwarding.
- to take sales and business development initiatives in north china area.
- he will build on, based on the u.s.p. the ahlers group can offer, contacts with (big) potential shippers/receivers in china mainland to become the dedicated project forwarder for some major export/import projects.
- he will have to travel on regular bases such as to the hq, other ahlers offices and customers, however to be justified by the potential of the business.
requirements:
- the ideal candidate has a successful track record in handling break bulk and project cargo. he has at least between 5 and 7 years of experience.
- the candidate has a university degree in economics, international trade, business (or equal through experience).
- he is a groomed professional with a successful track record in agency or international forwarding.
- he has shown to manage successfully a team.
- international experience is absolutely necessary and in depth knowledge of container and break bulk cargo transportation
- show maturity to a company that is successful and growing. reliable, confident, energetic and tolerant to stress are important qualities.
- entrepreneurial spirit and experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- strong commercial orientation: negotiating skills and driven by results.
- command of english is a necessity.
- willing to travel regularly.
