职位描述：
1、负责MEI.COM App及WEB的UI设计工作，与交互设计师配合进行具体效果图设计、视觉设计（包括主次界面风格化、版面布局细节处理，ICON绘制等）
2、准确理解产品需求和交互原型，提交符合时尚趋势与用户体验的UI提案；
3、关注行业产品，根据分析结果不断优化升级产品UI，提高界面用户体验；
4、与研发人员配合，对界面最终实现效果负责；

任职要求：
1、2年或以上的WEB或APP设计经验，对当前流行设计趋势有一定的敏感度
2、有良好的美术功底与创作能力，具有良好的时尚品味
3、了解目前APP,WEB设计规范
4、可以顺畅的和UE、开发人员进行沟通
5、独立工作能力强，态度积极，善于团队合作，乐观开朗，有独立解决问题的能力
