职位描述
1.Job Summary
============
This position provides HR support to the business which include HR administration, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development employee relations, and the implementation of any corporate HR initiatives.
2.Scope and Accountability
=====================
a).Recruitment &Staffing
-Review and approve recruitment request within the headcount budget
-Responsible for monthly new hire recruitment in respective region
-Annual regional HC budget forecasting communication and monitoring
-Monthly recruitment, HR related report submission and maintenance
-HR related System data entry and maintenance
-Handle ad hoc tasks as required by superior.
b).Training& ER
-Provide orientation training for new staff
-Facilitate registered training course or program rolling out
-Annual training needs survey collection and analysis
-Responsible for monthly turnover rate control (handle turnover formalities)
-Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees
-Organize and implement employee activities
-Handle and follow up labour disputes
-Manage labour contract and renewal
-Conduct and facilitate rewards related program
-Handle and assist labor audit both internal and external
-Conduct exit interview and provide analysis report
c).Compensation & Benefits
-Propose new hire offer terms
-Monthly payroll supporting documents collection and verifications
-Manage monthly social benefit in compliance with both legal and internal regulations
-Manage commercial insurance
-Manage staff various leave record and related procedure in compliance with legal and internal regulation
-Collect, provide, analyze information or data related with C&B program
-Conduct communication related C&B program
d).Performance Management
-Briefing or training PMP process/policy to business to ensure business fully understanding and execution
-Monitor and implement performance management related activities in compliance with PMP process and requirement
-Review performance implementation details and provide expert advice to business in the processing
3. Requirements:
=============
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 5 years of HR solid professional experiences
-HR general function/business partner experiences or logistics industry is required
-Strong execution skills
-Proficient in labour law and local regulations
-Good PC Skills
-Good at interpersonal, communication skills
-Good analytical skills
-Good command of English
