General Job Description:
Provide technical support to Customers and Field Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
Assist customers in diagnosing, identifying and correcting malfunctions on Husky machines.
Travel to customer site to support Field Service Engineer if necessary, traveling time is about 20%.
Feedback equipment quality issue to factory, with proper troubleshooting details.

Qualifications:
Good troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of injection molding machine technology and related mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components.
Ability to do mechanical, electrical or hydraulic assembly.
Good oral and written English.
Bachelor's degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering.
3 to 5 years' experience of relevant industrial experience
