现有一生产现场Electronic Production Data System项目可以由软件工程专业实习学生根据公司要求自组工作团队独立开发、运行，欢迎软件专业的学生参加该项目。

要求：在读软件工程专业硕士研究生，有相当集中的实习时间投入到该项目开发。
待遇：实习津贴120元/天，免费通勤车和工作餐。

项目简介：
1.Production Lines-Machine Management
-Displays machine release at work online
-Record who released what.
-Online incidents alert during machine release process. Record created for follow up actions
-Counter for reject parts per line(sorting by defect types)
-Counter for good parts per line
-Record downtimes

2.Production Lines-Document Management
-Required workstation information updated online in central data base
-One exclusive access to manage all documents of all production line
-Historic of modifications and validity periods
-Easy interface to create detailed descriptions for production lines
-Supervision of training document tracked per person
-Easy and intuitive environment for reading/ apprenticeship in machine.
-Archive for main documents

3.Incidents Management-Performance
-Calculate OEE and PPM for each line automatically in real time
-Fill out the charts with hourly OEE and PPM for each line
-Send alert to responsible if indicator doesn’t reach target

4.Incidents Management-Production
-Simplified manpower management
-Online visualization of general status of production lines(enabled, disabled, with/ without incident, who is working since when ...)
-Dynamic tracking and resolution of incidents in the production lines
-Online feedback from function responsible to shit leader in production lines including information about personnel and machine changes
-Use of reporting to analyze main problems and work on definitive solutions

5.Incidents Management-Maintenance
-Maintenance team will react quickly when breakdown message arrives
-Display of machinery breakdowns and problems by mouse click
-Notification who is in charge to solve and track the incident
-Monitoring of steps and duration of incident
-Permanent, transparent supervision in all tablets
-Breakdown statistics for analysis and improvement of processes
-Compilation of workers alerts in order to build a predictive maintenance
