Client Liaison
? Daily client liaison and acting as key client contact person
? Content planning/proposal, presentation to clients
? Taking an active role in client meetings, including documents preparation, organizing notes,
taking brief from clients
? Proactively follow project status and liaise clients with requests and/or problems

Day-to-day Project Execution/ Third party Liaison
? project timeline/schedule development according to deadline
? suggest/propose creative concepts/ideas with the team
? brief designers and writers regarding clients requirement and proactively follow up with the
progress
? proactively collect information and materials needed
? review work from designer and writers to make sure it’s in line with clients requirement
? proof-reading
? participate in various activities needed, such as clients events, conduct interviews, assist
Photoshoot etc

Requirements:
? Bancholor Degree and over
? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English
? Attention to details
? Can multi task and be hands on or hands off as required.
? Desire to keep learning and advance within the agency
? Creativity and integrity
? Great team player
? Experience in media/printing industry a plus
