Position: Senior SAP SD/CAS Business Analyst
Location: Huai Hai Road(M), Shanghai
Language Requirement: Excellent English
Description:
This position participate and/or lead the implementation of the Contract Application Settlement (CAS) Solution which
supports and enables the client’s contracting, order processing, application and settlement processes as well as the
trading and position management impact of these processes for business units with commodity handling requirements.
This position would also collaborate and help support trading related activities within the other process areas.
This position is expected to follow the client’s Project Delivery Process and Requirements Analysis framework.
Principal Accountabilities:
60% Solution Implementation
15% Solution Assessment: Analysis & Requirements Gathering
15% Relationship Management
10% Other Project Delivery Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
? 7 years business experience or related experience on medium to large scale projects.
? Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information
effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
? Demosntrated conflict resolution skills.
? Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and work in a team-oriented
environment.
? Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment.
? Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
? Experience leading, persuading and influencing others, including senior level internal and external personnel.
? Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues.
? SAP or ERP experience working with trading processes
? SAP knowledge in SD/ PI/ GTM/ TSW/ CM/ ACM/ VIM
Other Requirements:
Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. An example would be
during a system implementation at a plant which can happen only during scheduled downtime.
Able and willing to travel regionally and/or internationally between 30 to 50% and up to 75% during project cutover.
