AR Accountant

Job responsibilities:
1、Check sales revenue and accounts receivable timely and accurately, ensure sales revenue consistent with sales inventory system data;
2、Recheck express company account statement on a regular basis and accuracy of the system data, timely communicate with logistics department about deposit in transit and collect relevant payments. Recheck sales revenue monthly, confirm the amount of sales invoice;
3、Monitor the accounts receivable of the remittance, timely and accurately reverse the accounts receivable;
4、Make aging schedules of accounts receivable,assist logistics personnel to collect accounts receivable;
5、Recheck application for drawbacks, ensure accuracy of system return processing and refunds of clients;
6、Perform sales and AR reconciliation for difference marketing channels, communicate with channel partners or marketing department to make sure the accuracy of sales and cash collection;
7、Reconcile the online platform transactions with accounting records on timely basis.

Requirements：
1、College diploma or above, major in accounting, bachelor degree or fluent in English is preferred;
2、2 years or above working experience in account receivable or relevant fields;
3、Familiar with accounting software, good computer operation skills;
4、Earnest and responsible ,good at communication and working with team;
5、Working experience in Retail industry is preferred.

应收会计

工作职责：

1、及时准确进行销售收入及应收账款核算，确保销售收入与销售库存系统数据一致。
2、复核快递公司定期结单与公司系统数据的准确性，和物流部门及时沟通未达账项并催收相关款项。复核每月销售收入，确认销售发票开据金额。
3、监控应收账款汇款情况，及时准确冲销应收账款。
4、制作应收帐款账龄分析表，协助物流人员催收应收账款。
5、复核退货申请，确保系统内退货处理的准确性，以及客户退款的准确性。
6、核对不同市场合作渠道的销售以及应收款，和合作方以及市场部及时进行沟通以保证销售以及应收款的准确性。
7、定期对在线收款平台交易进行核对。
　
　
任职要求：

1、财会专业大学专科以上学历，本科或英语水平良好者优先。
2、2年以上应收账款相关工作经验。
3、熟练操作财务软件，有良好的电脑操作技能。
4、工作态度认真，有责任心，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
5、有零售业工作经验者优先。
