Responsibility:

· To understand the system requirement and automatic material process from System Consultant.

· To select proper equipment to realize different function zone and integrate into system layout on the base of material flow chart.

· To prepare inquiry sheet for the cost of internal equipment, control, software, labor and 3rd party equipment. Close cooperate with globe branch office and purchase department to get the proper quotation.

· Collect all the quotation which inquired to properly calculate the sales price for customer.

· Prepare bidding technical document & drawings and price breakdown.

· Be Familiar with Dematic equipment technical performance, participate in technical clarification, contract negotiation with customer.

· Layout presentation to customers, explaining load requirement or slab/wall openings or other necessary modification of building if necessary.

· Organize technical review meeting, close contact with engineering department to reduce the operation risk if we get the project finally.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Mechanical, major in Logistic Industry is preferred

· Familiar with AutoCAD and mechanical drawings

· Competent use of MS Office.

· Have some knowledge of automatic material logistics management and system integration will be preferred.

· Have some knowledge of commercial terms in tender/bid/proposal files will be preferred.

· Give priority to one with bidding experience.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus.

· Good command of Chinese and English skills (both written and verbal)

· Be interested in automatic material handling system and sales tech. support.

· Good working attitude and high responsibility, good planning skills
