Desired Skills and Experience

■You have an elaborate knowledge on CCM tools and processes
■You have at least 4 years of experience in gathering customer requirements and writing functional and technical design documentation.
■You have a proven track record of successful CCM or document management systems implementations for well-known customers.
■You understand business processes like Finance, Procurement, Sales, Order Handling, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, etc. from a business perspective.
■You’re able to identify document flows in/between business processes, and are able to redesign these business processes for optimization of document flows.
■You’re familiar with project management methodologies, like PRINCE2 or PMBoK. Project Management certification is an advantage.
■You have managed fixed-date projects.
■You have experience in coaching teams of at least 4 persons.
■You are able to create, configure, and document solutions independently. You are able to manage projects, even in complex environments.
■You have at least 3 years programming experience with object-oriented programming languages.
■You must be familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Also, you’re familiar with XML.
■You have knowledge of Windows Servers and Unix Systems and basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking. Knowledge of hardware/software load balancing would be an advantage.
■Administrator experience on SQL Server or Oracle databases would be an advantage.
■You’re customer-minded and have a hands-on mentality.
■You’re persistent in solving problems and will consult colleagues, if needed.
■You have successfully worked in and led a team and have excellent communication skills. Also, you’re creative, pro-active, independent, studious, and have strong analytical skills.
■You are proficient in Chinese, both spoken and written as well as fluent in written and spoken English.
■You are willing to work on national and international projects in the Greater China region.
■You recognize yourself in our values: respect, care, commitment, team spirit and entrepreneurship.
■You hold a master's degree (IT, engineering...) or have an equal amount of experience.
■An extra management degree is an asset.
