Responsibility:
Manage and responsible for significant sales quota and major accounts
管理和负责主要销售配额和大客户
In charge of customer orders, revenue, sell-out and sell-through
主要负责客户订单，收入，售出和销售渠道的管控
Conduct new products training and demonstrate sales skills
安排新产品培训和演示销售技巧
Primary focus of the role on the sell through phase of the sales process
此岗位主要焦点集中于销售过程的流通环节
Requires consistent customer focus and contact

Quantitative measures of success are defined and available
明确和可行的业绩保障措施
Provide sales report to the Territory managers on sales analysis, field calls , demonstrations, sales actions, etc

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required and/or equivalent work experience
本科学历，且具相当的工作经验
3 years above relevant working experience
3年以上相关工作经验
Adaptable to different working environment
适应不同的工作环境
Good communications, writing, analytical and problem solving skills
具备优秀的沟通，文字往来，分析和解决问题的技巧
Hands on experience in MS Office and excellent PC skills
熟练运用办公软件和电脑设备。
Good command of spoken and written English is perferred
具有良好英语口语和书面表达能力更佳
