Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for editing, maintenance, management, interaction and news monitoring for the company official Weibo、Wechat and other public network platform;
2、Promote company website via Weibo、we chat and other public network platform，post／publish articles (information) on them and be able to implanted company brand images from time to time;
3、Regular interaction with the fans, planning and implementation of activities related to online and offline, to enhance the fan activity by means of the effective operation;
4、Track promotion effectiveness, analyze the data and feedback;
5、To establish and maintain good interpersonal relations with KOL、 magazines and medias to maintain and improve the company's reputation and image;
6、Responsible for Wechat pre-project follow-up and post-implementation of the docking operation, build social marketing system;
7、Get the target audiences and create reputation through the use of socialization of new media communication: Weibo、Wechat、forum socialization marketing;
8、Data analysis, mining; the formation of various types of data to quantify the report, carried escalation week, providing valuable reference for the company's marketing strategy;
9、Formulate plans and strategies to utilize social media to its optimum level in order to increase the reach of the ads and Campaigns;
10、Keep in touch with the latest developments in the social media and incorporating those developments in strategy planning;
11、Testing and optimizing new keywords, ad text and landing pages;
12、Analyzing click and conversion data;
13、Other assignments from supervisor

Essential Skills & Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, familiar or love the Internet, like playing Weibo/Wechat, familiar all the application of Weibo/Wechat application, be familiar with the luxury industry;
2、Have a certain market analysis and judgment, good sense of customer service;
3、Have highly sensitive to information, good judgment about hot news & ability of text headline control, special planning capacity, with online and offline activities planning organizational skills;
4、Work initiative, and strong execution, has good interpersonal skills, team-oriented cooperation;
5、For product properties, positioning crowd, planning social media marketing strategy, planning and implementation of promotional activities;
6、Understand the propagation characteristics of the new media, unique insight of mining the news;
7、Proficiency with reports analytics tools. HTML/CSS would be beneficial;
8、Love fashion and luxury in the world;

岗位职责:
1、负责公司官方微博、微信公共号及其他网络平台的内容编辑、发布、维护、管理、互动及新闻监控；
2、利用微博、微信公共号及其他网络平台推广网站活动，不定期发布一些信息并能够巧妙地植入品牌形象；
3、定期与粉丝互动，策划并执行相关线上和线下的活动，通过有效运营手段提升粉丝活跃度；
4、跟踪推广效果，分析数据并反馈；
5、与KOL，杂志社和行业媒体建立并保持良好的关系，维护和提升公司名誉和形象；
6、负责微信项目的前期跟进对接与后期执行运营,构建社会化营销体系；
7、利用社会化新媒体沟通方式：微博、微信、论坛进行社会化营销，获取用户资源，创造口碑；
8、数据分析、挖掘;将各类数据形成量化的报表，每周进行提报，为公司营销策略提供有价值参考；
9、制定计划，战略利用社交媒体增加广告和广告的覆盖面；
10、关注社交媒体的最新发展，结合这些进行战略计划；
11、测试和优化新的关键字，广告文字和目标网页；
12、分析点击次数和转化数据；
13、领导安排的其他任务

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，熟悉热爱互联网，喜欢玩微博/微信等，熟悉微博/微信各项应用，熟悉奢侈品行业；
2、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
3、具备对资讯高度敏感性，良好的新闻热点的判断和标题等文字的把控能力，专题策划能力，具有线上和线下活动策划的组织能力；
4、工作主动性，执行力强，具备良好的人际沟通技巧，注重团队合作
5、针对公司产品特性、定位人群,规划社会化媒体市场策略，策划并执行推广活动；
6、了解新媒体的传播特性，对挖掘新闻价值具有洞察力；
7、熟练使用报告分析工具，掌握HTML／CSS为佳；
8、热爱时尚和奢侈品行业；
