职位描述

Job Function:
o Business Development Manager for C2X business development in Greater China region, will drive all C2X activities including partners’ engagement, government relationship, OEM, standardization and internal resources to build up the new ECO system, selling new concept and solution to end customers.
o Business Development Manager will also drive new design in, design win in Great China, who needs the technical background to fast learn the new technology and new industry.
Job Responsibilities
? Business Strategy and new concept development:
o To define new application concept and create new business mode based on NXP core C2X technology.
o Work with partners to build up the C2X ECO system. Understand the concept and co-work with partners or internal team to design the DEMO system. Then promote to key customers.
o With clear strategy in how to drive the activities and promotion plan. Business management, including product promotion, system cost management, business planning and strategy;
? Co-work with Marketing, Sales and technical team to create new business
o Understand, define and communicate the C2X product value proposition; understand the system diagram and define related application and use cases.
o Drive 3rd party or internal PAE resources for system build up and promotion, work with key distributor for business case evaluation.
o Understand competitive threats and lead competitive evaluations to drive market and competitive strategy Regionally;
o Gain in-depth understanding of customers’ applications and regional requirements, bring the feedback to IPMs for new product roadmap alignment;


Credentials required
? Strong technical background in automotive system solution, Car accessories and ECO system mind set.
? Be creative and willing to challenge new things, new business mode
? Familiarity with China automotive landscape; preferred candidates with established relationships and contacts with tier 1s and Car OEMs in Great China;
? Related business development experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in automotive electronics (minimum 3 years) with experience dealing with multiple sales channels- Direct, Distribution and Contract Manufacturing;
? Technical learning ability, who can pick up on technical knowledge, new industry and market quickly;
? Strong team player but capable of work independently
? Mandarin is mandatory; excellent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must
? Highly self-motivated and self-initiated, is comfortable working alone on a tough assignment;
? BS degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
