任职资格Qualification:

◆大专或以上学历。Junior college or above

◆5年以上人力资源管理工作经验,三年以上薪资福利工作经验。5 years or above work experience in Hr management，including 3 years experience of C&B;

◆熟悉国家相关法律法规；Be familiar with the relevant national laws and regulations.

◆熟悉薪资福利各项实务的操作流程；Be familiar with the operation flow of sorts of the C&B practical affairs.

◆熟练使用相关办公软件。Be skilled in using office software

工 作 职 责Job Responsibility;

1、负责考勤的监督管理 Supervise the account of work attendance ;

2、负责员工绩效考核工作 be in charge of performance mangagement;

3、负责员工的薪酬计算 Payroll calculation;

4、社保管理 Insurance management;

5、劳动合同管理 labor contract management;

6、完成部门经理交办的其他工作 Complete other tasks asked by Dept manager.
