Due to the continued success in the firm's Corporate Commercial Practice Group, we now require an additional lawyer to join our Shanghai Office in providing a full range of advisory and documentary services to clients in China-related projects:

Corporate Lawyer

Requirements:
Applicants should have Bachelor or Master Degree majoring in law
Applicants should have at least 4 -6 year experience in commercial and corporate areas, particularly in relation to China-related work
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese, total fluency in Putonghua is essential;
Able to work independently;
Dynamic, ambitious, hard working and a team player;
