Job Description
A) Overview
Global Talent & Innovation Network (GTIN) is a unique part of Accenture Management Consulting (AMC) and serves Accenture clients in Industry, Functional and Analytics related areas, across countries using an onshore/ offshore model for Management Consulting.
Currently we are seeking System Related Change Management Positions that are focused on helping clients successfully manage change driven by system implementation or in other transformational context. Change Management is about managing the journey of stakeholders impacted as a result of a transformation, in order to take them from a current state to a future state with minimal disruption. This is done through a variety of interventions such as Stakeholder Engagement, Effective Communications, Training, and Assessing Readiness to Change etc.
System Related Change Management
ü Managing transformational change related to system implementation of Enterprise Applications such as ERP, CRM, Desktop Migration, Process Compliance etc
ü Experiencing in Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness/Surveys, Business Readiness) etc
ü Facilitating and supporting frontline members to manage and execute medium- to large-scale change programs related to the implementation of system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and/or process changes by providing high quality
B) Basic Requirements
All positions require minimum bachelor's degrees and with
· Good oral and written English,
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications--Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
· Have ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
· Maintain good relationships with clients and project managers.
Detailed requirements for different levels are as the followings:
Analyst Level
1-3 years working experience with around 1 year experience related to successful delivery of system related change management
Has been part of Change management team for a system/non-system related change project. The candidate have been involved in at least one full cycle within a Change Management work stream of a project is preferred.
Consultant Level
3-7 years working experience with at least 1-2 years of experience related to successful delivery of system related change management
Minimum 1-2 years project and team management experience
Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to "C" level executives.
Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project
Manger Level:
7+ years working experience with at least 5 years experience related to successful delivery of system related change management
Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors' activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry.
Should be flexible, and able to influence the "C" level client executives
Can manage and lead a project team onshore / off shore, and to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion
Responsible for performance management of the project team
Set up and Lead execution of change projects
Support growth of the Change Management offering group by participating in development of assets and innovative thinking
Experience in Change Management related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle
Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Change Management Effort Estimation, CM Project and Team Management.
Have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client.
