绩效与薪酬管理咨询实习生
主要职责：
- 协助薪酬管理咨询顾问进行薪酬调研的展开，工作内容包括市场调研，行业研究，数据分析等；
- 协助完成薪酬报告；
- 其他行政性工作如翻译，文档管理等。
任职要求：
- 在读本科或硕士， 2016 毕业生优先；
- 人力资源管理，工商管理或财务相关专业优先；
- 有咨询公司经验优先；
- 每周能保证工作三天，并持续6个月以上；
- 对数字有一定的敏感度，有较强的逻辑思维能力；
- 熟练的英语口语与写作能力；
- 认真仔细，有较高的工作责任心和团队合作精神。
