Job Description：

-Responsible for recruiting activities to ensure efficient and effective hiring to meet business requirements

-Establish and maintain effective relationship with all kinds of recruitment channels

-Responsible for personnel administration, including new hire introduction and exit procedures

-Analyze staffing, turnover and other personnel statistics and submit ad hoc reports as per Corporate requirements

-Responsible for NCE Leadership,include recognition system, succession plan,skill matrix,etc.

-Responsible for employee relationship, improvement recognition system

-Update Monthly report

Requirements：

-Willing to learn, hard working and team working

-Bachelor degree or above

-1-2 year relevant working experience in recruiting

-Familiar with MS Office

-Be good at English， both written and oral
