We are Teledyne DALSA, a world leader in high performance digital imaging and semiconductor solutions. Due to recent business expansion in China we are urgently in need of an Application Engineer for our newly set up subsidiary in Shanghai.

Job Description

Provide technical support and application consultant service to all Teledyne DALSA customers before and after sales basis.

· 向所有客户，渠道和经销商提供数字成像产品售前或售后的技术支持。能有效的把问题在公司的实验室里复制并在最短时间内把解决方案反馈给有关客户

· 向所有客户提供最有效的数字成像产品应用方案

· 定时及非定时的出差拜访客户

· 向大客户经理提供一切所需的技术支持

· 参与调试国内或国外展览会的演示产品

Responsibilities:

· Respond to pre or after sales requests by customers and/or reps and agents for technical assistance, educating and problem solving relating to Teledyne DALSA Digital Imaging products. Reproduce issues and problems in-house, where possible, in an effort to resolve issues in the most timely manner possible.

· Travel to customers’ site or Teledyne DALSA facilities when required.

· Customer Response: Ensure that all customers you are referred to receive a response within a time period agreed to between yourself and your manager.

· Issue RGA/RMA numbers to customers and interface with the Repairs department to ensure the repairs are completed.

· Support to Key Account Managers from technical side, and bring their activities such as trade show successful.

· Represent customers in companywide product reviews and changes

· Develop additional opportunities with existing OEM customers

· Removal of technical roadblocks in customer applications

· Facilitate customer requirements as they apply to Teledyne DALSA goals

· Test and evaluate Teledyne DALSA and competitors’ products.

· Attend and set up demos for local and international trade shows

入职要求

· 大学本科- 电器工程学位或以上学历

· 3 – 5 年外资企业工作经验

· 能熟练操作电脑Microsoft Office 并对机器视觉应用软件有所认识

· 英语要求6级，要求能高效地用英语跟内部和外部客户沟通联系

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Electrical Engineering

· Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience in foreign companies or equivalent qualification

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of machine vision application software

· Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, in order to deal with customers (internal and external), colleges and business partners at all levels

· Strong organization and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines
