Job Description
1.Connect, transfer and screen in-coming calls; take and pass on message.
2.Assist on office stationary and food replenishment.
3.Make employee attendance and vacation records.
4.Support for arranging company meeting and activities
5.Other job assigned by Dept Manager.
Requirements
1.College degree or above, majored in English is prefer.
2.CET 4 or above with good command of written and oral English.
3.Detail-oriented and hands-on
4.Excellent team spirit and willing to provide assistance
5.Female
6.Welcome the candidate of Third or Fourth year at university
