工作职责：

1. 在总机处理和转接电话，记录和分发留言；
2. 接待来访者，确定来访目的，通知相关员工访客来临；
3. 响应内部或外部日常征询，如关于公司业务、地址、工作时间、电话号码等；

4. 各部门的机票、火车票的订购，结帐；
5. 核算公司员工报销数据，确保准确；

6. 负责日常订饭、订水、订报等；
7. 办公用品的申请登记、保管和分发；

8. 组织和分发邮件、接收和提交快递包裹；

9. 其他行政或文秘行工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大专或大专以上学历，英语听、说、写熟练
2. 计算机操作熟练，能使用OFFICE等办公室软件和办公设备
3. 一年以上相关工作经验,具有良好的服务意识和口头及文字表述能力
4. 工作认真细致, 踏实, 能承受一定压力
5. 品貌端正,善于沟通,具有亲和力
