Technical Skills Required:

? Solid experience with Java programming (Good skills as Java Programmer, very good understanding of OOP Paradigm at least two years of experience.

Candidate will use the Java skills to diagnose problems on a Java application, helping to support engineers)

? Application support mainly (Candidate will support an application framework by answering tickets about the use of API calls)

? Unix/Linux experience as user 2 Years at least (Candidate should demonstrate skill to work in the Linux environment and search in log files)

? Scripting skills. Should have at least domain in one of the following scripting languages (Perl/Bash/Python) (Candidate will develop middle complex scripts to fix data and retrieve information)

? General and Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP and commands related)

? Troubleshooting Analysis. Ability to review the box health, trace in log files looking for unexpected and expected messages related to an issue using the different tools provided by Linux, like Grep, Less, Top, Netstat, Awk, etc.

?General problem analysis and Resolution. First task: monitoring and diagnosing Application problems after reported by monitoring team (Candidate will learn Cacti/Nagios/Splunk to diagnose problems)
