Main responsibilities include:
1) Generate and identify sales leads to develop the company’s volume of corporate and individual clients.
2) Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential small & medium enterprise clients.
3) Convert prospects into clients
4) Provide high standard of sales service
5) Manage and grow his/her client portfolio in collaboration with our customer service team
6) Build long-term relationships with clients and prospects
7) Analyze your performance through the sales data released to you
Profile:
1) Foreigner or Chinese national with understanding of western mentality/experience in working or/and living with
westerners
2) Excellent communication and presentation skills
3) Self-motivated, able to work under pressure to achieve company targets
4) Result oriented, able to differentiate himself in an highly competitive market
5) Team player, go getter
Requirements:
1) >3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in service
2) Knowledge about health and/or life insurance is a plus
3) Bachelor degree
4) Proficient at MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Prezi
5) Native or Fluent English speaker and work proficiency in French/Italian/Spanish/German etc. Mandarin is a plus
