职位描述
一、岗位职责：
1、负责区域范围内的物流体系的管理
2、负责的仓储管理、配送管理、资源采购管理制度流程的建立及执行管理
3、对各项目（仓储、配送、资源采购及其它）前期开拓及后续项目落地实施制订方案
4、物流部日常工作的总体安排和指导、监督和检查，审核物流事业部员工的工作表现与业绩；
5、收集、汇总、分析物流部运作和管理情况，制订改善方案并负责落实
6、推进物流部员工培训需求，制定与协同实施运作部员工培训的计划、内容和考核；
7、负责主导制订物流体系员工的考核激励方案并提报领导审核，并定期对各分公司的考核结果进行审核并指导。
8、上级领导临时安排的工作任务。
任职资格：
1、教育背景：大专学历，特别优秀的可放宽条件。
2、性别与年龄：男性，年龄30-45岁。
3、从业经验：10年以上行业基层管理工作经验，5年以上大型商超配送公司同岗位工作经验。
4、专业知识：物流管理专业及相对应管理专业。
5、专业技能：熟悉物流法律、法规，熟悉现场操作流程，具备一定的文案功底。
6、其它要求：有较好的语言表达能力，干净整洁、精神干练！

Founded in 1996,Shanghai Songli Industrial Trade Co.,Ltd.(SSIT)mainly specializes in sales and installation of commercial & household electrical appliances and central air-conditioners.There are more than 200 sales outlets for retail business of the Household Appliance Department,including Carrefour, Auchan,War-mart,METRO,B&Q,Gome,Suning,Central Lianhua,and Loutus supermarkets spread across the whole East China.
In 2003,SSIT purchased the famous brand of Aite Household Electrical Appliance and founded Shanghai New Aite Household Electrical Appliance Sales Co.,Ltd.
The "Aite"Air-Condition is the sole traditional national famous brand, which has a history of 30 years and was awarded"Golden Bridge Prize"for national popular products for 4 years continuously. In recent years,company not only developed cabinet air-conditioner and new wall-type separate air-conditioner series which has assistant electricity-heating equipment, but also are developing updated window type air-conditioner, central air-conditioner and cool-punching process,metal cover cool treatment as well. Our company has attracted many clients by its solid technical power, andvanced and complete equipment, reliable reputation and processing quality.
In order to make our services more professional,the two departments in charge of central air-conditioner sales are merged into Songli Refrigerent Engineering Co.,Ltd,separate from Songli Industrial Trade Co.,Ltd. Songli Refrigerant Engineering Co.,Ltd acquired trust and support of extensive consumers and A-grade qualification by acting on the spirit of “Honesty,Professionalism,Creativity and Share” .We have successfully acted as subcontractor in the following projects:Bank of Shang hai,Mandarine City,Oriental Manhattan,Shanghai West Suburb Manor,and Shanghai Merry Hotel Apartment.
