Position Summary:
Reports to the Managing Director and manages all aspects of visual merchandising discipline to reinforce Tom Tailor’s brand image in China

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service on the store floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk
· Optimal visual merchandising and ensure that the visual direction is properly executed on store level
· Ensure garment presentation in the store and in the windows according to our guidelines
· Ability to develop visual merchandising guidelines specifically for the China market
· Organize store openings for own retail, franchise stores and shop-in-shops
· Plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns
· Close collaboration with Sales Department
· Maximize selling by analyzing sales reports and taking action accordingly
· Actively develop KPIs on store level to build the Tom Tailor brand and drive sales
· Communicate and inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns
· Continuously train the store team in garment presentation
· Order, handle and organize display materials
· Ensure that safety, security and administrative routines are followed
· Set an example for your team and act as a role model
