Responsibilities
-Lead sample and sizing/fitting team to help the Studio to improve in speed and quality by fine-tuning the sample and production process.
-Ensure samples are received and prepared in time for deadlines.
-Check samples (QC and quantity count) according to MP List.
-Split samples according to their shooting requirement within timeline.
-Confirm status on missing samples within 24 hours after samples are arrived in the studio.
-Ensure smooth movement of samples through the production teams, with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy.
-Samples are prepared to be returned before 12:00.
-Maintain and track daily sample receiving & sizing/fitting work flow.
-Making suggestions and fine-tune sizing/fitting process in order to improve customer user experience and decrease return rate.
-Troubleshoot problems and find solutions.
-Liaise closely with Logistics and Merchandising,
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above
-5+ year experience in Media Production or Logistics industry, has E-Commerce background is preferred.
-Familiar with project management software and APPLE office software, fluent in English
-Dedicate, strong teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, and has positive attitude.
-Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and exceptional organizational ability pro-active and able to show initiative to constantly improve the studio workflow
-Strong numeracy along with a good creative eye
-Ability to excel within the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing company
-Organized and detail orientated
-Comfortable liaising at all levels within the business
-Network in fashion industry (photographers, models, etc.) will be preferred
