Field Service Engineer in Shanghai
Job Description
- Installing, calibrating and maintaining Grohmann automation equipment at customer site
- Conducting after sales and post installation services at customer site
- Observing and analyzing equipment errors at customer site
- Solving technical issues in minimum time
- Coordinating and mediating equipment errors with customer, Chinese service department and
German headquarter
Requirements
- Two years related job experience in a technical environment; graduates with positive
personality and excellent communication skills in English will also be considered
- College graduated or above in mechatronics, industrial automation, mechanical or electrical
engineering
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must
- Strong customer orientation
- Expandable German knowledge is a plus
- Good reporting skills applying Microsoft Office
- Professional communication skills with customer and co-workers
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Honest, highly responsible and self-motivated character with eagerness to learn new
processes and accepting additional assignments and responsibilities
- Be a team player who likes the social aspects of being in a strong team environment
- Willingness to travel, high frequency of domestic and overseas business trips
