General responsibilities

? Develop and implement trade marketing plans to achieve desired sales
? Monthly budget control and management
? Report sales needs and field intelligence to help on business target
? Be trade expertise and manage by channel sales driver with KA. Make sure the promotion sufficiency and readiness.
? Manage multi-type reports and make sure reporting accuracy
? Field visit to understand market competence and bring field insight for marketing team
? Local gift / POSM souring and production arrangement and management
? OSI & ROI management



Functional skills and knowledge

? Knowledge of market and retail
? Master of Office Software esp. Word, Excel and PPT
? Effective communication with both English and Mandarin

Soft skills

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills.
? High responsibility and Integrity

Education

? University graduate in business or marketing related major

Work experience

? 3 – 5 years experience in trade marketing in FMCG field
