Reporting into APAC Sr. Marketing Manager, this role performs marketing communication activities towards target customer industries in China and Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on digital area, with purpose of increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
Job Responsibilities:
? Maintain, update, and manage contents of localized websites.
? Plan and conduct drip email campaigns with CRM system, as well as banner campaigns with industry online media.
? Research new advertising channels, platforms or features that could help improve ROI.
? Utilize web analytics tools to track and generate reports relating to performance of regional online marketing projects (conversion rates, return on marketing investment, cost per lead etc.)
? Adopt SEO techniques to strengthen overall regional web traffic and search results.
? Daily manage social media platforms, such as Weibo, Wechat, Youku, etc, and produce creative content.
? Maintain the relationship with media suppliers, supervise vendors.
? Support marketing team with other ad-hoc requests.
? Limited business trip inside and outside China region.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree required, major in Marketing, Business Management is a plus.
? 2+ years of relevant B2B online/digital marketing experience.
? Proficient in digital marketing and the use of online marketing tools including analytics, campaign management, search engines, social media and dashboards.
? Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
? Creative, adaptive, detail-minded and result-oriented with good problem solving skills.
? Good marketing sense and strong negotiation skills.
? Good team spirit and team player.
? Passionate about technology and innovation.
? Strong PC skills in Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Skilled in graphics and video editing tools, such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, VideoStudio, etc, is strongly preferred.
