Position: Paralegal of a World Leading Pharmaceutical Company
Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai
Contract: outsourcing,only two years
Job Description:
Generally to support the Legal and Compliance department in all aspects, including without limitation:
? Performing legal research
? Checking legal forms for accuracy
? Preparing reports
? Preparing correspondence
? Processing, editing or translating all sorts of legal documents
? Coordinating execution of legal documents
? Administration of chops
? Other work which might be assigned from time to time
Basic Requirements:
? Good command of English both in writing and speaking
? Good communication skills
? Sound computer skills in office applications especially legal document processing
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in English or Law is preferred
? Working experience in FIEs is not a must but a plus
? Previous experience working as paralegal/intern in law firm is a great plus
