Job Description:

? Train new telephone interviewers in a call center, aiming to train the new interviewers into qualified ones. Training session includes basic interviewing skills, sample questionnaire analysis and computer practice, etc.
? Track new interviewers’ daily performance and train them to reach targets.
? Check new interviewers’ working quality and monitor and control the quality.


Job Responsibility：

? Take overall charge of the team of new interviewers.
? Distinguish, find talented people, maximize people’s strengths and motivate people.
? Arrange the right people to the right projects.
? Manage a team and motivate a team; help others develop and achieve personal success.
? Be good at communicating new concepts and engaging others through the charismatic training style.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
