1、协调项目组成员按照时间节点完成响应工作，并同时引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
2、落实实施各项目生产计划；
3、协调各方面资源以推进项目进度，督促研发及生产人员按计划完成研发及生产任务；
4、协调项目组成员的配合工作，以保质保量的完成既定目标。
5、对客户的需求及时项目，并合理安排人力去完成
6、每周总结各项目状态，评估项目存在的风险。


任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，项目类、机电工程类等相关专业；
2、具有一定的项目管理知识，2年以上项目管理经验；
3、熟悉项目管理系统；
4、良好的计划、沟通、组织协调能力；
5、身体健康、能吃苦耐劳、工作责任心强。
6、良好的英语口语及熟练的英语读写能力。
