负责项目整合营销方案的策略制定，包括新媒体角度的定制、新媒体平台的运用，新媒体资源投放等的建议与执行；
负责上述工作的独立提案； 协调团队开展项目整体的日常运营管理；
社交媒体活动策划、执行、监督；
建立社交媒体的工作考核标准，定期对效果进行跟踪与评估，撰写分析报告；
与社交媒体有关的事项与客户日常沟通； 配合数字整合传播项目策划与创意产出。
职位要求：
本科（含）以上学历，广告传播，新闻或中文相关专业；
熟知中国社交媒体环境与特质，熟悉新媒体，包括资源，运作方式，技术等；
3年以上社交媒体（微信、微博、社交平台、论坛、百科等）相关工作经验；
有数字整合传播项目经验；
有优秀的人际交流能力，理解与表达能力，能承受工作压力和快节奏工作；
有良好的领导与团队管理能力，以及跨办公室协同工作的经验。
