POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for month end closing, declaring monthly/yearly reports and other related financial issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for dealing with sub-ledger, journal ledger, and general ledger with APPAC accounting software;

· Deferred service contract calculation and reconciliation;

· Company asset management and depreciation;

· Sales men commission monthly calculation;

· Issue inter-co invoice to group companies through Oracle;

· Monthly Inter-company confirmation with group companies ;

· Monthly, quarterly, annual tax reporting and declaration;

· Declare monthly statistical reports.

· Contact with tax bureau for all related tax issues : witholding tax payment for foreign currency payment etc;

· Annual government check and annual tax audit settlement;

· Communication with SAFE and other local authorities as required;

· Ad hoc accounting and finance assignments.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· College degree, major in accounting/finance

· 3 years accounting/finance experience in the foreign invested companies, having WAI GAO QIAO Bonded tax reporting experience is preferred.

· Holder of Qualified PRC accountant Certificate

· Good PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system, familiar with ACCPAC is a plus

· Good command of English skill, CET-4

· Able to meet tight reporting deadlines, work under pressure.
