招聘岗位：销售工程师
岗位描述：
1) 与客户建立并保持良好的合作关系。
2) 积极搜索客户的一切有关信息。为客户提供帮助，通过服务为客户增值并保持公司利益最大化。
3) 制定关键客户开发与维护计划，并根据计划采取具体行动。
4) 处理客户要求并与公司内部及时沟通，积极处理并协调多种关系。
5) 执行公司的销售政策并积极完成销售目标。
6) 负责处理客户投诉，协助技术服务调查并将报告提交至客户。
岗位要求：
1) 粉末冶金，材料学，机械专业，本科及本科以上学历，特别优异者可适当放宽专业要求。
2) 三年以上客户服务或销售经验，思维敏捷，业绩突出，有粉末冶金市场相关经验者优先考虑。
3) 较强的语言表达能力、市场分析和策划能力，能独立开发客户。
4) 具有团队精神，擅长人际交往，为人诚实可信，有亲和力。
5) 对市场营销及客户开发、服务有兴趣，能吃苦、适应经常出差；能够承受压力且勇于接受挑战。具有丰富的行业客户资源优先考虑。
6) 英语四级，读写及口语佳。（或日语一级，听说熟练）
Main Responsibility
Take care of existing Key Accounts and develop new customers
Proactively facilitate customers by providing value-added technical/product services
Make Key Account Sales Plans regarding customer maintenance and development
Efficiently deliver customer requirements and actively involve internal teams to provide valid solutions, and interact with various stake holders
Align individual sales target with company sales strategy
Handle customer complains, actively proceed to technical investigation and provide report accordingly

3. Desired profile of the candidate
Education:
Bachelor degree or above; Major in Material Science, Engineering,

Language:
Good written and verbal English, CET 4 level is required; or Level One of Japanese language
Professional experience and personal characteristics:
Minimum 3 years sales or customer/technical service experience, metal powder industry background would be a plus
Strong motivation to business development and customer service, and is willing to take challenges; good customer resources would be preferred
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Excellent planning, and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Ability and desire to perform required tasks to the highest possible standard
Strong interpersonal skills, service-minded, and a quick learner
Self-motivated, proactive and conscientious to work
Willing to take business travels
