基本责任包括


1. 进行详细的数据分析，使用MSExcel，MS Access或SQL。 （*首选拥有高阶Excel/Access/SQL技能人才：例如能够使用Excel中的数据透视表和分析功能，编写MS Access和MS SQL Server的查询。）

2. 定义，设计和实施供应链优化解决方案（包括网络优化建模，库存优化，供应链模拟仿真）；将客户供应链的现实情况，流程和限制条件转化为软件中的优化模型;

3. 本职位将介入到众多项目工作中。将于与跨职能的团队合作与客户提供最佳的解决方案，以提高生产效率，供应链运营和客户服务的最终目标。


必要技能：
1.熟练使用Excel或Access，
2.很强的分析能力，注重细节。
3.优秀的解决问题的能力

加分技能：
1.能够使用MS SQL Server。
2.工业工程，供应链或信息技术专业
3.拥有一定项目管理经验
4.有效的展示工作欲望和完成承诺的能力

The purpose of thisjob description is to provide a general overview of responsibilities associatedwith the position; however, the responsibilities listed are not all-inclusive.There is an expectation that as an company employee, an individual may be requiredto perform duties other than outlined below.

Responsibilities include

1.Perform detailed analysis/manipulation of datausing MS Excel, MS Access or SQL. (*Advanced Excel/Access/SQL skills preferred:Ability to work with advanced pivot tables and analytical functions throughExcel, perform/design queries through MS Access and MS SQL Server.)


2.Defining,designing and implementing supply chain design solutions (including networkmodeling, inventory optimization, supply chain simulation); Translating supplychain network and processes into planning and/or scheduling models within oursupply chain Guru software;


3.This position will include a varying level ofproject work. Expect to participate in cross-functional teams with customerwith ultimate goal to provide optimal solution to increase manufacturingefficiency, supply chain operations and customer service.


Required Skills:
1.Fluent in Excel or Access,
2.Strong analytical abilities, with attention todetail.
3.Demonstrated problem solving skills


Desired Skills:
1.Ability to use SQL server would be a plus.
2.Degree in supply chain or information technologypreferred.
3.Project Management experience preferred
4.Demonstrate drive and commitment



Soft Skills: (Communication/Team/Leadership)
1.Ability to communicate effectively, both writtenand verbal in English and Chinese Mandarin, throughout all levels of theorganization.
