一、岗位职责：

1. 负责市场经营工作，包括活动策划、日常客户维系、项目招投标、信息搜集、工程流程及制度的及时掌握等；

2. 负责工程设计项目的对外协调工作，包括设计合同的签订、发票、账款，开工项目前期报建及消防报批手续等；

3. 制定设计项目流程管理体系（流程、质量标准、表格等），图纸、文件、资料的归档工作等；

4. 部门经理交办的其他工作。

二、任职资格：

1. 相关专业大专以上学历，二年以上相关工作经验；

2. 熟练掌握office办公软件及自动化设备，了解CAD、Photoshop软件；

3. 具有积极的工作热情和良好的团队协作精神；

4. 具有良好的服务意识、沟通能力，较强的责任心和执行力。

In 2012, UFD gradually formed mature professional perspective and comprehensive design solutions for the brand culture in professional fields and the existence relationship in the social environment through more than 8 years of market development, coordination and mutual benefit, and common development, accumulated the cooperation experience with customers like museums, hospitals, hotel management agencies and domestic large financing institutions, and cultivated a large number of professional creation teams. UFD sets 2012 as the first year of its market specialized operation, to strive to carry out innovation exploration and research on professional design.

多年来，域菲设计已成功为工商银行、建设银行、浦发银行、国家电网、中国航海博物馆、人防疏散国防教育训练基地、普陀山国际佛教文化交流中心等项目提供了建设过程中的形象策划，室内设计，设计跟踪管理等全方位设计服务。

Over the years, UFD has successfully provided comprehensive design services for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, State Grid Corporation of China, China Maritime Museum, Civil Air Defense Evacuation National Defense Education Training Base, Mount Putuo International Buddhist Culture Exchange Center and other projects in the construction process, including image planning, interior design and design tracking management.
